SO..Hello..does anyone ever look at his ol' blog anymore? The last post was almost a year ago. Maybe Brandon should have chosen a more visually stimulating background??? I can't even adjust the colors of my words to make it more interesting because of the layout he chose...LAME. I will try to make up for it in my post....
The point of this post is that I thought I'd spread the word that there is a 5K and 10K race in Orem on Memorial day, May 25th.



Brent and I are running it..though it might be fun if more of our Wasatch Back team ran too. It should be good timing for a training run..so long as we take it easy and no one hurts themselves. Here is the link:

You just have to register by the Saturday before I believe.

I think we should all be getting pretty pumped up for RAGNAR..it will be SO FUN!!

Anyone up for doing a little THEME in our attire this year? Maybe 80's or something?!?





It doesn't have to be all-out 80's, just maybe a little neon sweatband for the timid ones?
